Get Fit 2012

With the pending over indulgence of the Christmas period fast approaching adults throughout the UK are already thinking of the improvements they will be making for 2012. Losing weight, exercising more, stopping smoking and generally taking more care of one's health top the list when it comes to resolutions.

Londoners opitimise this trend; adults living in the capital are more likely than the average adult living in the UK to both agree that they should do a lot more about their health and that most of the time they are trying to lose weight. In actual fact, there are more adults living in London than any where else in the UK who have had cosmetic surgery in the last 12 months.

These factors are proof that Londoners are a health and image conscience breed.
