The London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2010

On Friday 14th May 2010, the London Evening Standard celebrated its 19th annual New Homes Awards at London’s Dorchester Hotel. Presented by Clive Anderson the awards championed excellence across the housing sector.

Thirteen different categories reflected the diversity of the property market in London and the south east; from the first-time buyer flats to millionaire mansions and factory lofts to dazzling architect-designed homes for urban fashionistas.

Judged by readers from a shortlist of 112 entries, this years winners had everything that buyers want - inventive design, wow-factor interiors, eco-friendly features, glamour and great value.
